Meetings of the Board are conducted for the purpose of carrying on theÌýbusiness of the District and, therefore, are not public meetings, butÌýmeetings held in public.
Advanced publicized notice of the time; and place of eachÌýboard meetingÌýshall be published in theÌýofficial newspaper as designated annually by the Board.
The Board will provide an avenue for citizens to express their interest inÌýand concerns for the District and its schools. ÌýCitizens who wish to make requests,Ìýpresentations or proposals to the Board are requested to direct theseÌýto the Superintendent of Schools who willÌýconsider and act uponÌýthem accordingÌýto rules adopted by the Board.
Board minutes shall be open to public inspection during normal business hours.
